Pigment Powder - Neon UV

Our pigment powders have countless applications. We are confident that you will discover various ways to experiment with them! Introducing our Neon UV reactive pigment, a unique product that is not recognized as safe for skin use by the FDA, unlike in other countries. Makeup Artists from all around the world utilize these pigments for skin application.

When combined with our Mixing Liquid, these neon pigments can be transformed into high-quality face paint or eyeliner. They can also be sprinkled over face paint to enhance the vibrancy of cake makeups. However, it is important to note that Neon Pigments are not FDA-approved for cosmetic use in the USA.

These six pigments, available in blue, purple, orange, red, yellow, and green, are UV reactive and will emit a stunning glow under black lights.

We offer Neon Pigments as a Special Effects product, with each jar containing 5 grams of ultra-fine powder. To ensure the powder remains sealed, these jars come with an inner liner. We advise caution when handling and using these pigments, as they are incredibly fine. A little bit of product goes a long way!
