Shipping: EMFX uses the United States Postal Service as our main carrier. Please be sure you choose the type of handling you need. All USPS times are estimated, even though the postal service says guaranteed. Ground Advantage is 2-7 days and Priority is 2-5 days.

Returns: EMFX does not accept returns on makeup products. Returns on non-makeup items are rare. All returns on non makeup items must be approved and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Slip.  Request for returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are made once the item(s) are at EMFX and a final determination of condition is made. 

Damaged items: All products are shipped new and without damage unless noted by a special or clearance sale where product descriptions will note in full any less than perfect conditions. EMFX is not responsible for items damaged in transit by shipment carriers.

Lost Items: All shipments ship with carrier tracking numbers. It is the customer's responsibility to track items. EMFX is not responsible for items lost in transit.

We are located in Northern California and operate PST.

We do not ship Saturday past 12 noon, on Sundays or Postal Holidays.
